This policy explains what information Foresight BI & Analytics ("we", "us") collects when you visit analyst.foresightbi.com.ng and buy the Data Analyst Bundle, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Contact and payment details at checkout. When you enroll, you are taken to our checkout, run by our course platform provider (Thinkific) at training.foresightbi.com.ng. It collects your name, email address and payment details. Card details are handled by its payment processor and are never seen or stored by us.
• Analytics and advertising data. This page may use measurement pixels from OpenAI, Meta and Google. They record things like the pages you view, when you click an enroll button, your browser and device type, and the ad or link that brought you here.
• Campaign details. If you arrive from an ad or a tracked link, we keep the campaign parameters (such as utm_source) in your browser for the current session and pass them to the checkout.

Why we collect it

• To process your purchase and give you access to the courses and DataSimHQ.
• To send you your DataSimHQ invite and answer your support requests.
• To understand which ads and pages work, so we spend less on ones that do not.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The OpenAI, Meta and Google pixels set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. Our course platform sets cookies needed for checkout and your course account. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the page will still work, but some measurement will not.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and account records for as long as you have access to the courses and as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the retention settings of OpenAI, Meta and Google. Campaign details stored in your browser are cleared when you close the tab.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
