Terms of Sale

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy the Data Analyst Bundle from Foresight BI & Analytics ("we", "us"). By completing checkout you agree to them.

What you are buying

The Data Analyst Bundle is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. It is delivered online through our course platform provider (Thinkific) at training.foresightbi.com.ng and through DataSimHQ.

Access

• You get access to the courses, certificates and Power BI Developer Internship content described on the sales page at the time you bought it.
• Course access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and is for your personal use only.
• Please do not share your login or redistribute the course materials.

DataSimHQ

The bundle includes one year of DataSimHQ access, counted from the day you activate your account. We aim to email your invite within 24 hours of purchase. If it does not arrive, email info@foresightbi.com.ng.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the sales page and charged at checkout on our course platform. Promo prices may change for future buyers, but not for an order you have already paid for.

Refunds

Yes. If the bundle is not what you expected, email info@foresightbi.com.ng within 7 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full. Refunds are not available once a certificate has been issued or after 7 days.

Certificates and results

Certificates confirm that you completed a course. We do not guarantee a job, promotion or any particular outcome; what you get out of the bundle depends on the work you put in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
